Great Customer Service and Action
I had major issues with another company that i had been using for 20 years and had been getting no response from them although I had been a loyal customer when they had issues/changes. Through reviews, I found out Heart Internet had been able to resolve issues for other customers of the company.
I contacted Heart Internet customer services and they were polite, responsive and resolved the issue in securing my domain in a very professional manner.
I have nothing but praise for them and it is a shame I had committed to go elsewhere, but will certainly consider them for my future business.
The Heart Internet website/dashboard is very simple and easy to navigate round.

Update expired debit card button does…
Update expired debit card button does not work, after several tickets with poor responses as if they dont know how to fix their own website links, both .com and .co.uk expired and they now want to charge me £100 if I still want them. I have sent a further ticket asking someone to look into this and resolve. They won't even give me a date for when these domains will go back on the open market, almost like they are holding their customers to ransom!
Response to Heart Internet: One of the several Customer Service ticket responses advised to use basket to checkout, I did this and the add card button did not work on this either!

Login does not work
If you want to communicate with 'Heart Internet' you must log in to their website. However you won't be able to log in successfully because of the captcha error. Tried on 3 browsers. Therefore you won't be able to communicate with this business. And if you want hosting with the business that you cannot communicate with and not able to access your services - go ahead.

Moved from Heart Internet to eukhost
Moved from Heart Internet to eukhost. The service at eukhost is so much better.
There were a number of times that heart internet service drop and our site would go down. Haven't had any issues with eukhost as of yet.
So pleased we moved.

Look for another host
We were resellers for 16 years, with hundreds of websites and dedicated servers. The last 10 years or so have been unbelievably awful and we're delighted to finally leave. Nothing has been updated or modernised for over a decade, existing services like the API get removed. Major catastrophic service failures are common, with hosting, email or billing platforms out of action for days. Services that are inclusive or free with other hosts are charged for. It astounds me that they have been so bad for so long. Check out the competition and save yourself a world of pain.
Avoid like the plague...
They've been falling into disrepute for some time now. Since the original founders left and the current owners moved in, they've not been maintaining or updating systems. They're now shutting down many of their core features because they were built bespoke, and they can't maintain them. Poor customer service all around. I'd avoid Heart like the plague.

Heart Internet were great when I contacted their support about trying to claim back a domain name that I'd lost. They always answered my support tickets quickly and they helped me get the domain name back. So 10 out of 10 for them.

I had problems paying my bill because my debit card had been changed it was very difficult to add a new card online. In the end I had to result in talking to someone on the chat online to add a new card which was a nuisance because my account was put on stop before I got round to doing this. But on the whole the chat was a good service Charlie did a great job

The support staff are excellent
The support staff are excellent. The only fault I always have, is that the user interface isn't user friendly for those of us who aren't IT experts.

Agent took the time to understand the issue and address accordingly having gotten to the root cause.

I have been with Heart Internet for many moons, and the service they provide is impeccable!
Being a Web Designer I deal with a lot of providers, but Heart is always on point and I would never think of anyone else I would recommend but them.
